Hello!

First sorry for my bad english :nope

I trying to reproduce a cougar joystick!
I have 3Dscanned an original joystick with a professionnal scanner and I printed an half body with my creality CR-10:
[Linked Image][Linked Image][Linked Image][Linked Image][Linked Image]

It's look very good and it will perfect with sanding/putty/paint !

I'm modeling some switch of cougar joystick but if you know where I can buy switch tell me please ;-) .

For the gimbal I will use a wonderfull project by olukelo!

HAT covers for 3D print (in Shapeways only)

https://www.shapeways.com/shops/debolestis

Other gimbal option (UberNXK 'clone'), but think this gimbal in Github worth a try, CAM is better solution for joystick center.

Can use Alps RKJXL as "HAT" switch - is used by VKB, VirPil.

http://www.alps.com/prod/info/E/HTML/MultiControl/Switch/RKJXL/RKJXL_list.html

Those are 8+1 switch, for use then as POV HAT is need convert to 4(+1), as USB controllers expect only 4 switches, see how:

https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3211912&postcount=483

HAT for joystick is not sold standalone, unless a 4 way model made by APEM (CH Products) available in Mouser or Digikey for $30+

I don't know availability files for 3D Print "F-16'ish" grip.

Are for 3D print B-8'ish grip, look a 3D Hub.

IMO - Considering that are (CH) F-16'ish FighterStick for ~$60 in eBay - with buttons and HATS, 3D Print, finish and equip an similar will end costing more.

In Sketchup 3Dwarehouse are an "F-16" drawing based on Warthog, but need finish to be 3D printed - Debolestis from DCS forum have verified and is not suitable as is.

Nice works!!!

I also will try to print some sticks and other cockpit parts in future, but I have only a Creality Ender 3 Pro. I hope the available space of the printer is enough for my projects.

For POV/Hat switches I found a real good link in Thingiverse with most of the HOTAS relevant POV's.
