The guy flying it is pro drone racer and does this when he is not racing.

Those Redbull guys are on a veerrrrrry short list of people who could land on more airplanes than they took off from, unlike parachuters who go the other way. Well coordinated stunt, and nice steady hand flying by the pilot.
