On topic, if there was a stargate or something similar(not that I'm suggesting there is because fiction, etc.), there would likely need to be a void beneath it in order for it to operate correctly--and the grand gallery is located directly below the newly detected void so...

The site is very interesting and the purported alignments with the stars on earlier dates 10,500 BC, etc.

IMHO; As for a Star-Gate - well thats only used when you go to the After-Life.
