Hello,

I realise this may not be the correct way to go about asking this question, however I struggled using the avangate website to track my order:

My question is, I ordered WOFFUE on the 3rd Sept, and as of today, it has not yet arrived. Is it normal for it to take this long (I live in Lancashire in the UK).

I am able to supply the order number, and my full address - however I am not willing to display them in an open forum post, but will happily provide them to an admin of this group in a private message, or any manner they deem secure.

Thank you in advance and apologies if this post seems aggressive in any way.

Hi,

Seems a bit long. Try writing [email address removed to stop spam - Pol]. Despite being a tiny company, they are usually very quick to respond.

Hi Raine, thanks for helping but can you take the email address out of the post please, bots will scan and send more spam..

RugbyFan1972, I tried to reply to your email but the email address bounces something about blocked IP addresses.

I have asked Avangate to check for you.

Gotta' admit...that's pretty fast.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

Pol,

Sorry boss. I should have replaced the @ symbol as I now recall you did in the past. Glad you caught it!

Polovski,

I have had a reply from Avangae, it appears I messed up my order. I ordered the download version, when I was in fact after the DVD version, I have apologised, and asked if I can pay the difference and be sent the DVD version, I also pointed out I have not used any of the digital downloads available to me.

I also copied the OBD support team into my email to avangate.

I will check my email address, however since I reinstalled windows 7 last July Outlook has been blocking some emails (not sure why), when I can face the conversation with the TalkTalk (Tiscali) support team I will get it fixed

Thank you for your help and assistance in this matter.

Hi best not to post here.
Interesting Outlook is blocking, OK but I'll need a different email address to reply to you I can't do it here.
That will be why the DVD didn't arrive then if you didn't order it wink

Gets messy with digital downloads, Avangate would have to check it's not been used then delete the link, then find a way to sort that.

Polovski,

I completely understand the need to make sure people are not scamming you or Avangate. As I am not happy posting an email address on an open forum, I have sent Sandbagger a private message with a different email address that you can use.

I look forward to hearing from you and again apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hello,

Many thanks to the team at OBD for resolving the above issue in a highly satisfactory manner, they had to jump through hoops to get the issue resolved. But to their credit they stuck with it and I now have a DVD copy of WOFFUE winging its way to me.

I can't praise them enough, I just wish larger software developers gave the same level of support to the people that buy their products.

I'm looking forward to WOTR when it comes out, even though WW1 is my main area of interest.

Thanks
Rugbyfan1972
