Of the 58 killed and ~500 injured, how many were from getting shot?

Do try to not go PWEC.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

I haven’t seen any numbers yet. I haven’t been looking, though.

Well we have to assume a lot of rounds bounced off the pavement with some hitting people but i doubt this matters much at this point.

Does it matter?

Of course it matters. Every aspect of this crime is important.

Ask a cop or the FBI. They'll want to know where he bought toothpaste. Examining the whole gives greatest knowledge.

no you said it so I'm asking you to explain - why do we need to know how many of the 500 wounded were from getting shot by a bullet that likely bounced off the pavement or that hit them directly because with a crowd that large it was difficult to miss everyone ?

That's an awfully confrontational reply.

Firstly, a bullet bouncing off the pavement hitting a person still means that person was shot.

Secondly, it's not a great leap of imagination to say that his incident will also be used as a case study in the evacuation of large outdoor venues in an emergency.

And lastly, I did also answer previously. read my last sentence in my last post.

You might want to work of "being friendly".

not trying to be confrontational - just wanted to hear your explanation

We could talk about the timeline?

I "think" the unstated question is how many were trampled in the panic to get away?

Don't know for sure, just a wild guess.

Think this a bit to morbid to determine how many got shot when we don't have the number of soldiers shot on D-Day, just casualties.

We have plenty of data already on evacuation of indoor and outdoor areas with large crowds and i don't know why it would be important to know how many people were injured from being shot vs jumping a fence or getting trampled on.
