These days I fly a lot of FSLab's FANTASTIC ConcordeX software. It is a total beast, the complexity of the panels and systems definitely reminds you it was designed in the 1960's. There is so much going on all the time, it is a hell of a lot more challenging than flying a Boeing tubeliner.
Check out this video narrated by a young pilot who flies for an airline. He narrates from the seat and mostly talks about the flight profile of the concorde from takeoff to landing, as well as some of the unique quirks and problems they have to deal with in an average flight.

Here is an even better interview, in my opinion, by a former Concorde pilot. He is just fantastic, I could listen to these stories for hours.
And another video where he explains his opinion on what happened to the Air France Concorde which crashed. Concorde literally got thrown under the (air)bus during the investigation. Tragic story, interesting technical details. Not all of it verifiable but I tend to believe what he is saying.

That was cool! Billy Connolly did a comedy bit about the Concorde and how he arrived before he f****** left. Never heard about it stretching 9" during flight. What a beast.
