My $0.02, and a slight bit of playing devil's advocate here... I love fish and I love to fish, however... If I'm going to keep my catch, I'm either going to bring a stringer to keep them in water until I'm ready to leave or I'll throw them into an ice chest, assuming I don't want to get messy cutting it's head off while I'm still fishing. I assume none of these options would have really made the wackos happy, but maybe make them less confrontational. But I'd still do one of those options even if no one else was around, not that I think the fish really cares.

'What if this was a human child?' Well, dumbass, that would mean I just saved it from drowning..

The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."

I'd have felt better if the title described "Activists approach fishermen and get their teeth knocked out".

I'd have just knelt down and put my knife through it's head. "There. No more suffering. I didn't want him to have to listen to you anymore." If they were serious about it, they'd pull their front teeth and have molars implanted. That would show everyone they meant what they're saying! I'm VERY impressed with how patient those guys were.
