Vienna, 2nd rock left.
I'm obviously late to the party, but just watching The Grand Tour Episode 12, the SUV comparison.

Maybe I'm easily entertained but the fact they found those four village names so close together and even lined up in the proper order is kinda funny. And the fact they went to Austria adds a bonus wink

Generally speaking, the show turned out pretty nice. Some of the episodes (like the one with the Coral Reef) went a bit over the top, but for example James getting to drive the GT40 was an absolute highlight for me.

Which episodes did you like best?

The funny thing is I joined Amazon Prime just to watch this show but so far have not seen a single episode. Not sure why I have neglected it but hope to hop on board sometime soon.

I've enjoyed it, it's not quite as good as they were on TG but it's good nonetheless.

I just hope they drop the stupid "celebrity brain crash" segment.

My wife and I both enjoyed the new TGT. It wasnt as good as some of the later season TG but it was far better than some of the early TG. I think they really need someone to reign them in though. What made TG so good was that they always tried to test the boundaries and sometimes they managed to sneak something through and that made it that much better. With this though it feel like no one is in control and they can just do whatever they want and that diminishes it somewhat.

It is still really good though and I hope next season they get their footing a bit better. I also agree, they need to dump braincrash.

I've only seen the first 5-6 but it's pretty good. Agreed on the celebrity thing. Too much banter as well, they need to cut it back a bit. Seems a little forced right now.
I think they'll iron it all out though, it's a new show looking to be it's own and not just the other Top Gear. Growing pains.
