[quote=Sokol1] Sokol is there one particular key mapper you can recommend?
Currently I could use 1 to map a On-None-On toggle switch and 2 mom switches.
I have made button box with 2 On-None-On toggle switch to handle Flaps and Gear for On/Off. This will work for most aircraft but I know it will be a problem for the Hurri and 109 I think. I may need to revert to keyboard press for them or is there a way to handle it with the On-None-On toggles or the key mapper?
Try SVMapper, this allow you map functions in ON and OFF state of switches - "Mapped key on press", "Mapped key on release".
For example:
Switch ON (up) send a key press for Flap Up Switch in neutral (OFF) send a key press for Flap Neutral Switch in ON (down) send a key press for Flap Down
Joy2Key allow too.

Thanks bro!I just want my TQS can work "normally",I ask for some help not for any other purpose.now this "feature" confused me,and make my TQS cannot be used.. anyway thanks again.

you may have done what I did with the Cougar handle Wires and TLE 5010 Wires , you can't link them on the SPI header look at this post
I don't have a dedicated room so need to setup in living space. Hence need to reduce footprint! The box had to be used as support and be collapsible as well. The chair is a little heavier than I hoped - over engineered:)
Nice work Barra , don't think I have seen that idea before.....
Did you keep the Encoder Push buttons ( 2 pin side) electrically separate from the Encoder Part (3 pin side) ? sounds strange the Encoder only works when the push button is wired in to , I don't think that is hoe my encoders work.
Some encoders share one pin of each left/right button with one pin of the push button, so wire this button in other line/column can cause error. Check in encoder datasheet how is.

I have PEC11R's like available at ADAFRUIT and many other places , the Encoder side is separate from the Push button side on those and allows a separate momentary switch.
OK, I understand now, it seems like mechanical problem and magnet first moves to the opposite direction (maybe gimbal or magnet fitting ... hard to say...)
Try to increase filtering and DZ center on both axes. Watch the change.
I have opened the FLCS up again but can n ot visually detect any backlash or similar problems with the Pot Shaft and Holder . The Pot Shaft is not completely tight in the holder/bracket though as the Pot was designed to have it's metal cup helping to stablise it and it was removed to allow me to epoxy the magnet to the plastic Ring on the end of the Shaft, so I may need other ideas to change this as I had to add Spacers originally to hold the Shaft in the correct alignment position. Initially i didn't think about the magnetic part and used 1/4 " metal washers , only I found these effected the magnetic field (DOH !) so I replaced the washers with some PTFE plastic spacers I made for sheet goods I had in the Shop for making Slides and that issue has been alleviated.
Maybe someone can spot something in the Pics below I am doing wrong.... DON'T use metal washers per the 1st photo , like me

Edit: ***note magnets are mounted incorrectly in these images... read on...
Kbird I have not had experience with those yet (have some on order for next build).
Have you tried swapping out the unit for another. I know you said you had a spare. At least if you tried different one and you still had exact same result then you would think it to be more likely that the mechanical setup is problematic?
Also what would happen to wave if the magnet was not parallel to the sensor or had a minute bump/lump on it?

Strange is the position that you place the magnet, commonly in other assembles is mount parallel do sensor (VKB, Baur gimbals).

I think Sukol has hit the nail on the head (again).
The poles of the magnet are on it's flat faces. The way you have mounted it (on it's edge) there will be little change in the magnetic flux as it rotates.
Thanks Sokol and AndyB,etc , I asked about 25 pages back (#123) about the orientation of the magnets as I could not find a guide online on how to install the TLE5010 and the magnets as I had assumed flat as suggested but ended up following Penzija's method on page 115 where he installed them in an X45 as I could not find any other good examples , my 1st attempt did not work (#124) as the Pot would not rotate smoothly with the Pot Cup put back on after I drill it out to accept the magnet holder I made from a Pen Shaft, so I removed the Pot Cup and added the Spacers instead. . http://SimHQ.com/forum/ubbthreads.p...uild-your-own-usb-controller#Post4326840
Erichos , do you have photos of your maount TLE5010 and the magnets you could share please ? I remember youmentioning you had mounted them on the Pot shaft in a CH Stick too.
I will swap out the Board since I have a spare and try that 1st , if no success I guess I will try remounting the magnets flat as suggested.
I use magnets of the head of an old computer dvd reader. If you do not have any go to a recycling point, the laser reader is usually surrounded by two or three square magnets

Thanks Guys I believe I have 4MM Diametrically polarised Magnets per the Image below , ie they are split 1/2-1/2 , the poles are not on each side , that was why I wondered why Penzija had his mounted vertically as I had seen Mega-Mozg image on page 29 you pointed out . to figure out the North South I hot glued a broken larger rare earth magnet (don't let them snap together) into a Jar Lid and then floated it in some water like in the Video linked above to establish North. However Mega-Mozg image would seem to say that it does not matter where North is, so it does appear that I need to lay the magnets flat and try again , though I am not sure why it works for Penzija unless he was sent different magnets perhaps.
I think a simple way to check polarity is just to drag the tip of a needle on the various surfaces, and, when you see a sudden brake/fast moovement it means you just past the division between north and south hemisphere. Am i correct? Then just grab a permenent marker, those we use to mark DVD's and draw the line.
