Oh, this is already out? I didn't realize it. LOL
I'll be getting it eventually. I'll wait for it to be patched a few times first.

I didn't buy any of the first three ME games on release so I'm in no rush to get this one. Having said that, I really enjoyed the first three titles.

You have to wonder WTF they were doing all these years. Collective insanity? No one thought getting these animations right was a priority? Also, what's the deal with making the most choices for romancing possibilities and then pairing it with the ugliest set of companions seen in an RPG since the 90s?
I still have Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE to play before I'd think about this one. I also have only played through ME1-3 once each, might want to play them all again first, too.

I have put about 10 hours into it. It just isn't drawing me into the game like the first 3 MEs did. It's not even the horrible animations and the cold dead eyes of the characters...its just the writing and story is so horrible.
Overall I would say it is a very average game. Like 6 or 7 out of 10 at best. This is in comparison to the first 3 MEs where I would say are 9s.

Ok, I haven't watched the entire 20 minute video but the few minutes I've seen so far have been both hilarious and depressing.
It really is amazing how they screwed up like that.

The 1st trilogy was/is phenomenal, you should/must play it.
Andromeda is less action packed. So far I like it, but its not on par with the others. Its way more focused about exploration than action. I have encountered some minor bugs, but nothing huge so far. There's a patch coming this Thursday that should help.
Graphically its beautifull, but not 2017 beautifull.... seems to be about the same as ME3 wich is ok but it's not on the same lvl as Witcher3,
So far I would say a 7/10 (I consider ME1-2-3 10/10)
I would suggest to play the 1st 3, and by the time you have finished Andromeda sould be more polished + you'll get some reference to those games

Did you play the third one when it was first released or did you wait until it was updated with the much better alternate endings?

I think it's safe to say that this debacle is 100% the fault of EA. EA is infamous for driving the whip to get games done within unrealistic development times regardless of how many bugs may still be present.
As I said before, I'm in no rush to get the game.

By the way, that statement is not an apology. Bioware is simply acknowledging that the game has some issues and that they will be addressed with future patches.
