Of course you can have your doll custom made to your specifications (and robo-hooker brothels would likely have a selection to choose from), but these unrealistic Jessica Rabbit bodies (maybe one-in-a-million genetically, a few more post-cosmetic surgery) are going to further distort the current "standard of beauty". Some blame fashion magazines for the same reason, which IMO is a total copout (I've personally never seen 6' tall artsy-looking very thin models walking around these parts).

Maybe because even a one night stand requires an investment of time and money that is more efficiently managed with a professional. Also, less personal involvement in the whole thing and the option for more variety and the option to be catered to your particular tastes.
