Have you downloaded and installed the skins from this page: http://www.overflandersfields.com/products.html As noted on the page, the skins themselves are a 2GB+ download, there was not room on the DVD to include them. Also note on the same page there is additional music that can be downloaded.

Hi ARUP,
A quick and easy way to make sure your skins installed correctly is to check your WOFF "Skins" folder. Others will know the exact number, but it will grow from about 2000 files (skins) to about 6000 (skins) files. When you see that you should be seeing the skins "in game."

You will need to unpack the .rar file. A good free program is WinZip or 7-zip. Google either of those.

As they were 'unzipping' the only thing I see is a bar graph. It isn't like when you install the Sim and see the file names for fractions of a second on the screen as the install progresses. OK, sounds like you have unzipped the files OK but have not run the installer. If you run the installer you WILL see the files being installed similar to what you saw when you installed WOFF (it asks you if you want to install the skins pack, and you see all the file names whizzing by, etc). So ... find the installer program (just look in the folder where you unzipped the skins download) and double-click it to "run" it. As mentioned above by JJJ65, oh dear, please do not try to count the files manually! Windows will tell you how many files there are in a folder.

It might help ARUP if someone can show a screenshot of the unzipped folder showing which file needs to be run? I can't do it at the moment as I'm at work.

Unzipped files will look like this. I have them unzipped to a folder called Skins, but they will be in whatever folder you unzipped them to. Double-click the installer file (red arrow added by me to show which file)

S! Okay guys, I found the file and got a window like the above. I clicked on the icon just like the one you have the arrow pointed and things started to happen! I started to see the files flashing along with a green bar graph then I clicked the 'finnish' button. Sounds like you've succeeded ARUP. Hope you see some flashy paint jobs!
