A few highlights to point out:
•New gimbal with force-adjustable dry clutches - this allows the user to adjust the friction of the stick, which results in a heavier "feel", and - with enough friction applied, the stick will stay put wherever you let go of it.

•The new gimbal can support up to 2x springs per axis, which allows for a stiffer overall feeling during stick movement, especially when using an extension or a heavy grip (e.g., TM Warthog + extension).

•New quick release for grip adapters, allowing the user to quickly switch between adapted grips (comes in handy once more VKB grips are available).

VKB HQ is shooting for a March 2017 shipping date for the Gunfighter and Gunfighter Pro.

•Also, www.VKBcontrollers.com is now open for business, however, the only item currently available are the VKB-Sim T-Rudders MkIV, which are directly drop-shipped from China.

Lanzfeld, I had a similar "Air Boss Johnson" moment years ago when A friend of mine and I were waiting for his father to land at our local airport. He flew corporate Learjets and when he found out we were standing out near the runway waiting for him he got permission from the tower to come in on a cross-runway low pass. He of course came in directly behind us at what I am quite sure was near full throttle and accomplished exactly what he intended. I was drinking a bottle of Coke before the pass, I was wearing it immediately following.

VKB makes excellent products. I had the luck to obtain one of the early Black Mamba MK.I sticks when they first where aviable. But it was very hard to get hands on one. I hope they improved their production and marketing. I tried for over a year to obtain one of the new Gimbals to replace the MK.I Gimbal,but I never had a chance to get hold of one.

Do I read this right is Jason Williams now not longer the sales representatieve in the US.

If Jason was StratoJet then yes, he is out.

Ordered my new toy this morning.... shipping sometime in March.

If it was a true FFB stick I would be all over it!!

They'd have released that last year and I'd have jumped on it. Now with baby imminent arrival the times where these nice extra purchases were trivial is over. I'll wait for next Christmas...
