...or you could go to the sticky second from the top here in the DCS section. smile

And different helos and aircraft designed in different eras are going to fly differently, especially the gazelle vs a UH1. It can be a little disconcerting at first. Trying to fit a preconception on how one thinks and aircraft should handle vs how it actually handles can also lead to frustration.

We have seen this in our flying grouo(which includes 2 active heli pilots ) particularly when transitioning from a UH1 or even an Mi8 to the ka50 or gazelle.
Here is the master list of guides:

Yea, but I am not sitting in a real helicopter. I have very little situational awareness and can not feel any G-Forces so concessions must be made when flying on a PC. They should have options like Enemy Engaged has where you can adjust torque, etc. to the users liking.

Do you mean you want to adjust the torque of the helicopter in the game engine or your twist axis? (where there are a number of axis tweaking options in DCS) I have to be honest here having read your posts in these two threads, and trying to come up with a solution, but it seems the issue is more to do with operator head space and timing, then any specific problem with the SA342 or DCS.

I want to adjust torque, etc. in the game and not adjust my joystick settings. But I am using easy flight model now and I can handle that so all is ok.
