Hi all a question for some of you who are likely in the know with this the other day in a local hobby shop I stumbled across a large selection of windsock datafile booklets I had never seen these before but being an avid bookworm and ww1 aviation junkie I was really interested and decided merry Christmas for me and brought them home
I am really enjoying them but I'm curious there are about 60 of them and every single one on the inside cover has this ink over stamped identification (will include a photo later tonight) looks like some type of Celtic symbol or pattern - do any of you have these booklets and have you ever seen that marking in them not sure if the publisher did it or if they all belong to a gentleman who put that in there for his own ID purposes - just curious
At any rate I am really enjoying them and learning lots more about the different planes of the Great War. when I go up in my plane in woff - I am all the more immersed
Any info or insight much appreciated as usual and happy holidays everyone see you in the sky's and hopefully not on my six
Regards, Ron
