So sorry to read this, Archie frown My sincere condolences!

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

I'm so sorry to hear this. Losing a child has to be the hardest thing a parent ever has to go thru.

Really sorry to hear about your son.

When I was married to my ex-wife my 18 year old step-son got killed in a car accident. I know how it hurts.

My best to you and your family.

Archie, I know that no words can change this, but speaking from my own experience the sincere expressions here and elsewhere from people who simply say in some way "I care, I'm sorry, I know this hurts" really did help. I hope that is true for you and your family. Speaking as a father who held his only daughter while she was dying, waiting for a heart transplant that never came, I can begin to understand the pain you must be feeling. But to lose your son as you did is unimaginable. And bearing all the memories, hopes and fears for him over all those years must feel worse than Atlas holding the earth on his shoulders. My heart goes out to you.
