I've made clean installation of WOFF UE and I noticed that my skins folder contains only few new skins (Caudron, Breguets). All the skins from WOFF v.1,2 & 3 are missing. Then I installed WOFF v1, 2 & 3 and I've made upgrade installation of WOFF UE and I have all the skins.

Btw how many files in skins folder should I have after WOFF UE & skins pack instalation? I have 6867 files, is it all?

A clean install that is correct.

Look on the BUY NOW page further down, are the skins. WOFF UE is so huge we had to move the skins to a separate download.

If you have the skins pack already installed it's fine of xourse.

One more thing - clean WOFF UE installation with skin pack add-on has 6839 files in the skins folder while upgraded installation with skin pack add-on has 6867 files. Is something missing?

Yes two broken skins that are in a patch, nothing to worry about even if 2 skins were missing from nearly 7000!
It's also possible one or two were cleaned out that were not meant to be in there or incorrect whatever.
