I'm wondering if anyone has noticed the overly modeled contrails from the wingtips from the aircraft during high g manouvers? It's getting ridiculous, makes me feel like I'm a member of the Red Arrows! I was away from DCS World for a while and it wasn't there before and now that I'm back I noticed right away.

Visible moisture effects depend on many real life factors. In DCS they just show up at X AOA regardless of temperature, relative humidity, etc.

Incorrect, DCS uses Environmental Factors (ie Humidity), for the Wingtip Vortices.

Contrails and vortices are different things.

Regardless of what they're called, IMO, the swirling motion is EXTREMELY distracting and doesn't look very realistic at all and they seem to be something that has been added semi-recently. Add the fact that they are there EVERY time (at least from my experience) and I could do without them.

Landing checklist:

Gear down, check...
Flaps, check...
Little swirly things on my wingtips, check...

Well, all is good so far.

And what about those trees, they are so distracting, they are always there in front of me when I try to land.

Also, wait till wing vapors are implemented, if you think vortices are distracting...

If you know, I would LOVE to have exactly what weather settings would eliminate the visible moisture effects. Please!!!!!
