I put a fully functional one in the bin only 2 weeks ago. I had 3 but after the missus was nagging agreed to get rid of one.

If you have no joy I'd recommend scouring Gumtree to try and find one from someone who doesn't know their value.......most people on eBay know they're sought after now and they all seem to be priced at £35-£50.

Are you piloting Helos in DCS by any chance? Thats what I got mine for......the force trim works brilliant and I prefer it to my Warthog every day of the week.

Mate, after getting burned with previous sales on eBay with people claiming they didn't receive at all or did receive a faulty item its become more hassle than its worth.

For the sake of not wrapping/packing I got rid and saved the heartache.

Should've put it up here on SimHQ at the least! I probably would've taken it off you and added it to my hoard!

MS FFB2 is a rarity. And it is usually paid top bucks... To throw one in working condition away... wow. Shocked, completely shocked.

BTW, I use one for Ka-50 in DCS. It is, like you said, gold.

I wear the trousers in my house.....it's just that my missus tells me how to wear them!

My mancave started spreading to other rooms in the house. Of all the hardware I have that I don't use but insist on keeping it, it was one of the FFB2s that had to go purely because I have multiple. The wife wanted to get rid of them all, because I can only ever use one at any time - right?

I was keeping one for a mod project that I'll probably never start and that will sit alongside the 2 button boxes I've been planning for the last 2 years. One FFB2 is a spare even those these babies are pretty bomb-proof. I always had big plans to join two of the motors together following PeterP's awesome project but was just too scared to even start it lol.

I've kept my original modded FFB2 for now and the spare should the worst happen. I'm content. (original mod project was posted here)

wow loving that x52 mod. Wish I had kept my old X52 to do something similar (even though I would probably end up without an X52 and an MS Sidewinder lol).
