Wonder how it works during a dogfight. Don't want to autocorrect while maneuvering away from a heatseeker. Not many options there, but that's a super specific situation.

Wonder how it works during a dogfight. Don't want to autocorrect while maneuvering away from a heatseeker. I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the system works with the dead-man switch on the throttle. If you are not pressing it, then it's because you're lights out and the plane is free to take control, but if you are, then it will just botter you with a WARN WARN message.
When you're feeling sad, just remember that somewhere in the world, there's someone pushing a door that says "pull".

http://www.f-16.net/f-16_versions_article8.htmlThis link was dropped in the user comments, and confirms my assumption: That it is overridden by use of the paddle switch on the stick. It's alway active unless you're holding the paddle.

As of right now, the Earth vs aircraft score is every single one to zero.
