With Flyboy being AWOL from here for the last several months, he didn't post the annual memorial thread to the passing of one our own, the best of us, Positive G. frown

Aug 29, 2009. My firstborn wasn't even 1 year old yet, now she's in second grade. Time flies.

See you in the skies, +G! S!

I thought of his passing last week, too. I sat for a moment remembering our play sessions.

agreed... still think of him often... lately with ArmA3 being updated, and the new Gears of War Horde mode trailer...

Thought about him the other day and how we would play Saturday mornings on the xbox. I cant even remember what his voice sounds like anymore. Think this is the first year where that happened.

Yeah, still have one of his PM's in my box here.

RIP man.

It broke my heart. I remember joining games of "Joint Ops" with him.

But while I have the opportunity, I want to mention some SimHQ members that are still around . . . you know, before they bite the dust. Thank you Panzermeyer and JediMaster for the IL-2 1946 Co-op games. Specifically, the ones where I did NOT fall asleep before the end of the mission. biggrin

He was a great guy and it was great to play online games with him. I still miss him.

So that's RB's moniker now, GeekFurious? Ok then.

Too bad we don't have more of those videos out there, but anything is superior to nothing.

From all the posts I am reading in this thread I know I would liked to have known him better. Unfortunately he passed a little less than a year after I joined so we did not interact on the forums. Still come across a post of his now and again though.
