No, my stick came with 2 sets of profiles. One is how you describe it,a slight bump when crossing the center. The other one has no bump at all, hard to describe how it feels. Best I can compare to is to pulling a rubberband.

Hello! Details are in production. Therefore, I can not count the cost. This is a new version (a. 4.5). While I can only inform you that two parcels need to send it to Germany. And also I want to know - what do you plan to use a Stick with a joystick BRD-N?

I would like to use it with the TM-Warthog grip, if this is possible.

Hi Baur ... I sent you a PM on the IL-2 forums as that's where I first saw your product.

I have a few questions ...

Is the desktop version of the BRD still available?

Is there an up to date price you can provide for the desktop version of the BRD?

I'm building my control column, how many buttons / hat switches can I connect to the base or do I need a separate game board like the BUO836X? ( http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=94&products_id=180 )

What's the cost for shipping to Australia

Cheers smile

I do not sell their products in Australia. Australia Post sent my parcel back. If the parcel to you will not come - I will not give you money.

That's unfortunate, we Aussies can never have nice things.

Was there a reason given for the return?

In most cases that I've experienced with AusPost this happens because the sender underestimated the shipping fees.

Baur,

What he ask is:

What is the electronic USB controller board you install in your BRD-D base.
How many axis, buttons and POV HAT this controller support.

Not asked, but good to know: this controller have internal programming ability (example like VKB Njoy32 or Kreml F2/L2)?

Will not help him with Australia Post issue, but make clear for other potential buyers.

wink

AirHog71

You can opt to use BU0836A or X, but this controller don't support digital axis, what prevent use most advanced contactless sensors, like Mega_MOZG MMsens or Komaroff RAMS. AFAIK you will by limited to GV224 MagRez analog sensor.

Baur BRD gimbal is read to install sensor in PCB assembled format.
Of course you can DIY other kind o HALL or Magnet Resistance installation sensors, at cost of extra work.

Thanks for the reply Sokol1 re: the hall sensor, I didn't know that.

Myself and two other squad mates were looking for replacement gimbals for the Warthog, as nice as the Warthog is, the internal gimbal is not very durable.

Over time the plastic ball developes smooth spots which push the grease out and cause the cup and ball to stick. This another type "sticktiin" the Warthog suffers from we've found, and re-greasing is not enough.

We've tried sanding the ball to be slightly rough so it holds or "traps" the grease on its surface, and we also tried a thin layer of Sugru on the ball, but it wears off over time.

When I stumbled across this mod we all got excited, but its unfortunate that he won't ship to Australia. We're now looking into fabricating our own gimbals, but this mod can guide us at least.

Australia Post sucks.Sent a P51 and a P47 panel to the Uk from Australia, they lost both of them.Customer wasnt happy and I had to get them recut. For 109 pedals here in Auss I would look at making a Baloo pedal mechanism and add a set of 3D printed pedals.

We make new electronics. It will have many opportunities to Homebrew. As we prepare representative in America and Europe to work with clients. For technical advice. This all will be, but not as fast as we would like, and you :))) In all the time you need.

Can anyone get me up to speed with BRD products?

I would need a stick base (gimbal, ready to plug and play) with the adapter for my TM warthog, if there is such a thing.
Mind you I have 0 experience and 0 time to do any DIY. I just want to put the usb in, screw in the Warthog grip, and start BMS/DCS.

Is there an online shop?
How do I get in touch and see some prices / options?

Thanks
