When dealing with customers, I was taught by the boss that customers are always right, even when they are wrong. Because if something is right and the customer still sees it as wrong, something in the communication needs in any case to be corrected. This is what BUSINESS means. And, in the real world, if a customer finds something really wrong, he must be thanked for that, not "banned". And always in a polite way. Or "find another work", the boss used to tell me.

A RAF Mustang in AZ.... Tom, what are you drinking tonight..? May I have a sip? ;-) You forgot the C in RAF. Y2 is the code for 442 Sqn RCAF.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Troll, http://www.vintagewings.ca/VintageNews/S...l-Round-Up.aspxDid you know that for some years the roundel was different for the RCAF and RCN. Norwegian Spitfires of 331 Sqn (notice roundel)

Moderation on a business forum is absolutely needed. The courts have shown you can be held liable for allowing slanderous and libelous comments to go un-moderated. Community forums are granted more leeway.
While an extreme possibility, disparaging MS in a public business forum can lead to MS suing the business as if the business themselves made the comments. What courts?! Where? Maybe the bloated US legal system, but I have yet to see an example. If that was the case, sites like Reddit would be swamped with lawsuits. And MS suing the business for user comments? I think you went overboard with this one. Just because a few countries (one in particular) have a bloated and archaic legal system based on precedent and don't mind wasting taxpayer's money on ridiculous lawsuits, does not mean we should all give in to the legal paranoia. Let's be real here, so far it's MS who is getting sued over Windows 10 over and over and they pay up. Not to mention the metdata gathering they do is completely illegal in quite a few European countries. So no, in the real world, they will not sue ED for my comments on their forum. They don't even bother going after people who pirate their software.

Troll, and other members, lots of good articles on that site. Worth the time exploring.
