I'm doing something wrong? I started on runway and well the thing looks like it's fully trimmed nose up, is very hard to control. Anyone else?

It has a 6 degree nose up trim set if using hot start. Once you get airborne, you'll need to trim that back off.

Needs to be programmed to your stick. You'll find that under "Flight Controls". And run the Cold Start training mission. It explains the trim input. The tiny round gauge is just to the left of the HUD control.
