ST-68UM was sold to North Korea. It could substitute PRV/P-14 couple and thru K9 will give 3D-coordinates to S-200VE...

ST-68U is a good phase modulated 3D radar (originally part of the S-300PMU offering for WarPact).
In my opinion, it will be a struggle, to fully substitute the P-14, range wise.

(The S-300PMU had 75km ranged missiles, while the S-200VE missiles has 255km max range.)

True, but let's see:
1. ST-68 uses (almost)the same diapason like SA-5 and "see" in 3D the same SA-5 see (jamming, speed etc). It wouldn't be like P-14's "somewhere there"...
2. It could do really fast transfer of target coordinates to the SA-5...

How coordinates are transferred from a modern radar like ST-68 to Vega? Through CU way?

What is a "diapason" (I know this term is used in Vega, but I thought it is something like range - there is a switch for selection range of velocities - VYBOR DIAPAZON V)? Did you mean beamwidth as it would make more sense?

Regarding the crazy mobile S-200 I can not imagine how would a mobile launcher survive Vega launch with its powerful boosters

Is this capable to launch Vega, or is it only a transporter? Construction of the trailer does not look tough enough.
