I will be the predictable one.

Meet James Franco. Born on 4th of July in Lafayette, Louisiana. Son of a crawfish stand owner. Joined the outfit with delusions of grandeur. Hopefully will crash during take off on his first mission and thus cease irritating the rest of the squadron.

Fullofit, he'll spend too much time trying to impress a local French girl who has a horrible accent.

I got fired as the door man at a sperm bank.
Apparently it's in poor taste to tell leaving customers "Thanks for coming."

Ace, that's even better. He'll leave everyone else alone instead of annoying them by asking: "What does Va t'en mean? She keeps saying it."

Rick, like many, he lied about his age to make sure he gets drafted.

And just a silly noob question - so, for the challenge, we will fly 1 mission per 3 (campaign) days, and at most 7 missions in a (real-world) time, correct?

Great paint schemes, guys!
That's pretty much correct, CCIP. The campaign advance allows us to see more of the war and the real time limit keeps everyone from flying all their missions in the first week and we've got nothing to talk about for the rest of the month... rofl Also, I'm from Maine, so I know of what you speak...

Now, if real life intrudes and you have to do a few more here and a few less there...well, who's going to know?

Great Skins.

I did a little practice and found that This challenge is going to be rough. In quick combat, Fighting a single Vet Pilot
is Taxing with the N-17. Put 2 Vet Albatross D-II,s on ya tail and that's a hard nut to crack ( in fact, I lost both times I tried it ) A D-III Ace and Oh Mom ma what a Ride.

Just try to stay alive until the SPAD shows up, then at least you will have some speed!

Personally, I've always felt pretty confident taking on Albatroses in a Nieuport - you can turn inside 'em pretty easily and they're much less prone to losing speed and altitude in tight turns. The real problem is that you can't really run away...

One more quick newbie question:
Is setting "player always leads" alright in the workshop, or should we stick to "by rank"?

Heehee, lovely, lederhosen! The question then becomes do you believe the heart or the skunk?

Lederhosen, you always have such funny characters for these challenges. I think the character reveals is my favorite part of these challenges.

Keeping Smith alive is a big IF in your Challenge.

Anyway the N-17 is the 1st Ride

and If he lives then this will be his ride:
