One fire channel of Berkut costed 9 million Rubles that time (comparable to Volhov), but each system had 20...

It was a deliberate plan to demilitarize the "unreliable" Eastern Europe. In order for "peaceful colonization". Think about who has overseen the destruction of the ukrainian military the same way... (then) Senator Obama. Now their government overthrown by external support - they became "reliable". This is how things work.

Actually a mission editor is exist, that is how I made the situations.
But its not in a releasable state (quite complex, no documentation, and sometimes require code change), but if there is interest, please open a topic for it, and start collecting requirements.

I am interested in new historical scenarios, more SAM functions simulated and some new types jamming maybe...
I guess doing missions for us is the last thing you would do with joy, probably the mission editor is the solution for both sides......
