I thought I would share our bomb run for anyone who is interested to see what it's like to be in a full bomber flight. We are flying 3 Kettes ina flight and each Kette leader does his own bomb target and release, the wingmen in each Kette drop on his Kette leaders command. We had a long range 110 fighter as escort and we lost one 88 due to flak.

P.S this is bombing from 6000m. That's not easy to do
Maybe one of the French guys can upload their final attack on us...we thought we had made it back and were descending 20Km from our airfield when we were pounced upon by 3 Migs flown by Normandie Niemen. My pilot was instantly killed so I had no recording to share but they got 3 of us and damaged the rest. What have I said about shooting the camera man!!
