i have had those issues, if seldomly, with my old computer. When i look at your PC specs (assuming you run RoF on that machine) it should be more than able to run RoF in full glory, but: there have been occasional issues with ATI and AMD graphic cards.
Just for testing, in the RoF start screen: lower your graphics settings a bit (uncheck post processing entirely for a check), and set your audio quality to a lower setting, then test again.
Sorry if you already tried this. RoF crashes on my rig maybe every 30ieth time or so, in Multiplayer, but never in single play. My PC is an older intel i5 3200 4x on an Asus mb, with a 2Gb Nvidia card, and also 16 Gb Ram. No problems with RoF fully maxed out (with post processing disabled), though i think about getting a better graphic card, maybe a 970 or something like that. But they are still expensive..
