Since SOW 3.0 has deteriorated into a scenario where 95% of the time humans were fighting against AI today SOW 3.0 was shut down due to fundamental dissatisfaction and 2 month after going online.

Due to lack of interest the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off...

Wasn't due to the lack of interest..but by the actions of certain people within Squadrons that caused the server to close.

Sorry to hear of the shut down. I have just been able to take off and land without crashing. I figured maybe in a few more weeks, I would be able to join SOW and have fun,but its not to be.

Dover without TF mod would probably reduce number of participants.

Sad to read about the online behaviour but it seems to come with any multiplayer capable software nowadays.

One would hope that due to age and "unsupported" status of Dover these kind of cunts would be gone already but they never cease to surprise.

Last time I looked at SoW in the server list they ran a locked server, anyone knows if 4.0 will be the same (or should I just stay SP and be bitter with my useless AI wingmen and super pro AI enemy haha, yeah I suck at this propeller thing to be honest)?

try setting the AI to Ace both the good, and the bad AI guys...it does improve the gameplay and not giving them orders in the waypoints helps a great deal too
