Can't see why it would have stalled due to tech issues as it's using an engine they must know well by now.

I could be wrong here. But Mius might be going 64bit. At this point the only thing I can think that is stalling is waiting for new assets/getting money to pay for new assets. I would assume at least one map is complete by this point. Just guesses on my part.

Andrey this screenshot look much clearer than the OP:S. Apparently you improve the visuals. Any info what you are doing or planning to do

We try, but too many things that we need to make and check - rosters, UI/UX, huge operations Army vs Army, new op/tac features etc.

Well I do want a bug free game so I suppose it will take aslong as needs be. Army Vs Army Ops!!..Now that is something far exceeding Op Star..
