As stated, very good game and has been in development for quite some time. Already quite a few here that bought the beta and really enjoy it.

BTW, pre-orders with Alpha access through their site are open again; Steam Early Access should come in January.

1. 17th Jan - Servers stopping
2. 18th Jan - Data wipe
3. 19th Jan - Head start for existing owners of the game
4. 20th Jan - Long maintenance (approx 9pm CET till 9am CET next day)
5. 21th Jan - Several exceptional ships given to all captains who logged in from 19-21 for your amazing help in testing.
6. 21th Jan - Release (tentative on valve time of approval

Ah man, there goes my 4th Rate ship and the warehouse filled with loot. Further, I am not looking forward to staring over as a midshipmen. I could turn Pirate ? yo ho ho and a bottle of rum.

Already on board too. Its shaping up quite nicely, one world, big battles if you want them.

Yeah, loosing all my stuff as well........... nay bother, its all good fun.

Been playing since Sea Trials.

The last wipe! Looking forward to starting new.



Still don't know which nation to choose for the release version. Been playing Dutch so far, which was good fun. Maybe switch to the French, don't see too many of them yet.
