For a game with 1 server that has players online and an average of 30 players at the peak european hours $80 is way to much for BOM premium. Then if we chose to wait for it to be $40 there will not be many left online at all. Kind of why DCS is a pricey failure and cost so much. Jason should just bundle this BOM addon, add the p39 and hurricane and aircraft from the first il2 sturmovik and sell it for 60 bucks which would get a lot more people to purchase the game. The bigger the community the better then maybe we will have a community like the first il2. More people cheaper prices and bigger addons with more content can be done in the future.

I understand the amount of work with these new models which do look wonderful. I paid a ton for BOS premium before it came out and have only flown a handful of times and it is hard to keep interest with the lack of online community. Perhaps we have just been spoiled with il2 original and the massive content in FB and addon.
