And Ducky says that at 82 he is getting a bit old for it and he is going to give it one more year, he also said that there will only be the three of the original cast in the next season after MW leaves

If Harmon and Weatherly leave, that's it for the show.
NCIS is not NCIS without Harmon.
It may survive with just Weatherly gone and Harmon still on board but I doubt it. Harmon is EP on all 3 shows.

Wheels The cast interaction took a big hit already when Ziva left, the Bishop character just does nothing for me. I can't imagine the show without Tony, much less without Gibbs.

Spongebob, Simpsons, etc. They all needed to end when they started to lose writing quality after the first batch of seasons. They all run long enough to the point where they take a great show and make is really terrible.
