Just had this today. I moved, again, into SS.20b based Toulis, Marne.

Will I have to reinstall?

Personally I'd try just manually advancing time a few days at a time to see if it goes away, that's what ultimately did it for me...

So I advanced time to Dec.1.1917
and was able to move on to the mission, so it may be solved.

haha sorry about the scare. I didn't have any further problems after advancing some time. It looks like it was right around the same date, actually...
