Not only do we have DCS v1.5 (which is great), but the BMS group has just released Falcon 4 v4.33!!!
And if that wasn't enough, Battle of Stalingrad is out with summer/fall terrain!

And if bored, there's the fantastic Cliff of Dover. And for WWI folks, RoF.

Plus the original IL-2 (and all derivatives), Strike Fighters, etc.

Space freaks (like me) are also enjoying Elite Dangerous.

My God, next Fighter Ops will put something out...

This is cool!

Agreed. The simple pleasure of flying any one of a large variety of aircraft, in some pretty darn good environments, is readily available.

This is why, in about 6 weeks, I will have a room with no purpose other than flight simming. biggrin

Yeah, I'm in the same boat- reading up on the new documentation now, and then I'll have to see if the WH TARGET profile I use still plays nicely or not.

Indeed, there are good times for flight sims. Especially now that you can get most of them to run very well with mid-range hardware.

I love them all!

I just fly DCS World and Rise of Flight. I got rid of Cliffs of Dover a long time ago.

Thanks for the heads up on BMS 4.33... 1.25 GB wow. installing now. Looking at my falcon4.0.iso it is only 354,093 KB LOL

Time to drag the Cougar out of the closet and give War Thunder a rest until 1.53 comes out.

The only thing missing is a really good, complete, modern, WWII Pacific Theater sim.

I'd easily pay $100 for a well made WWII Pacific flight sim with DCS level flight models and full cooperative multiplayer and a robust offline single player campaign mode.

We're still missing a really good modern Korean and Vietnam era simulator, too... Would give everything for one of those!

Yeah, defininitely. The Strike Fighters series has Korean and Vietnam era planes but those sims were just too "lite" for my liking.

Yup, SF was a bit too light. Plus, it's getting really old, and starting to show it badly.

Got rid of it or just shelved it?
Team Fusion has done several fixes and apparently they are quite good. Never had the sim so I can't speak from personal experience. Didn't reorder it after GoGamer cancelled my preorder of the sim.

It's my understanding though that the Team Fusion patches only fix the multiplayer (head to head) aspect of the game.

Could be Panzer?
I haven't researched it that thoroughly.

Well, in short... Nope.

It adds a great deal of everything for everyone.
From tweaks to Flight Models to- well you name it, it's in there...

I only flown it offline and I can't find a single negative thing to say. Well, maybe that the Campaign engine is a bit light.

But that's being taken care of too...

Give it a spin.
