I remember replicating some of his techniques on a real oil canvas when I was young. Probably early High School.
Now I have Corel Painter which tries to replicate traditional tools... meh... it doesn't come close.
Have to come up with my own techniques for each brush in the software.

I love this guy, I remember getting in an argument with my art teacher in HS because he said this wasn't art because it was done on a timeline.
I always wanted to try this stuff, so wish I did.
