Really nice. Thanks.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

What an absolute beauty salute

I sure would love to see those rocker arms in WOFF as well as a LVG C.VI.

Olham, what a marvelous find. Although the flight seemed smooth, I noticed considerable stick adjustment by the pilot which would tend to indicate a lot of wind buffeting but the video seems to show the craft flying true and straight. Very interesting!!

Maritime Oregon.
That's indeed a rare avis, as there seems to be more of the Mercedes D.III OHC engine's extant nowadays. It's amazing that they were able to find an old one with the plywood formers still usable for the rebuild, been watching this plane come slowly together since I first discovered that Memorial Flight was bringing old WWI planes back to life.

Targetware's Richthofen's Skies LVG had the Benz with working rockers. But because of sim engine and propeller timing issues, it didn't actually follow a proper inline 6's valve timing. It's hell to code valve mechanism animations, my having done an RAF-1a's rockers. and that's just the exhaust timing.

Barmy OFFer in questionable standing, maybe collapsed in a corner?
