Well, I'll go Trans-American, then. My Character will be:
Well, that seems pretty appropriate, here's my guy:
Of course, he'll be flying the "General Wellesley"

Thanks for the tips, Max! I wonder what "Bluegrass" actually means? Use of banjo and fiddle? Is "bluegrass" the grass on a prairie?
Here is a band from Oklahoma I like. They sure are melancholic, but maybe that fits with Oklahoma. No country though, but a very individual blend of influences, and a wide range of instruments. But I guess we better stop talking about music here.
Rick, I'll send you a PM with my mail address - pls send me a copy too, would you?
PS: Rick, with THAT haircut, I doubt they'll have you in No. 46 Sqdn, RFC. Maybe you would have a chance in the american Civil War? Or in General Custer's last stand? Mmuahahahahaaa!!!

I'm tired of running around after my tail... This challenge seems like a perfect opportunity to take a small break and enjoy WOFF a bit. So, I'm in, too. This time, I'll try to last more than 1 mission...LOL.
Olham, bluegrass originally is a type of grass that is grown in Kentucky that looks almost blue in the distance. Bill Monroe was a musician that was from Kentucky and he started a group called the Blue Grass Boys in the late 30s. They were so popular that the style of music that they played began to be called Bluegrass music and the name just stuck. Bluegrass music will feature the banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar and sometimes the stand up bass. It will include vocals with solo parts for each instrument. Here is a great example of bluegrass from Bill Monroe.

Hey Olham, I don't know if it ever took off in Germany, but we're all just goofing on the Dukes of Hazzard, which was huge in the States in the 80'S
I was too young to watch it initially, but caught up with it over the years. It's popularity endures so much that they recently did a series of car commercials based on it:
maxpeck, just pick your character, paint your scout if you want and get some practice time in, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the Pup!
Thank you Lewis, it's not what I really listen to either, but I do like some Willie, Waylon and Johnny!

I really like the fender louvers in front of the 01 and the wheels on that Pup General Lee
Thanks, MudWasp. You may have noticed that I made some changes to the paintjob since I did footage for the video. I am nothing if not OCD in my Barmy-ness!
I can see why people would want to remove the confederate flag from government buildings and the like, but to go back and try to erase history seems over the top. Kind of like airbrushing out the Twin Towers from older movies...
