. Yes, a Sopwith Camel. And Olham, as I've heard it, HD has studied thoroughly Dej's dissertation on how to handle the little beastie. Mmuahahahahaaa indeed. .

Yes, a Sopwith Camel. And Olham, as I've heard it, HD has studied thoroughly Dej's dissertation on how to handle the little beastie. Mmuahahahahaaa indeed. Yeah, I know... I'm just re-reading Lee's "No Parachute" and am just at the passage, where the Camels appear at the front. While the Albatros D.V outclassed the Sopwith Pup easily (said Lee - they could surely evade much more agile, but rarely succeeded against an Alb themselves, though it happened), the D.V were getting a much harder time, when the SPAD XIII, the S.E.5a and the Camel appeared in larger numbers. Lee wrote, the Camel could turn by it's length (which is a very short length, as we know). These three aircraft must have made the Red Baron mad, and made him say, the Albatros D.V was obsolete and no use for anything. The D.V was not bad, and surely an improvement over the D.III (as Lee also notes) - but she was still outclassed by those 3 successful Entente fighters.

Hmm... Seems to be just the same Feeling I had, when flying this weirdly skinned Tiger-striped-Dragon-Camel with my Character "Rob Roy". I felt like the Top Predator with 40+ Kills... until I met the first D7. I instantly filled ot a Transfer-Request to an SE5-Squad after that Mission (the "Flying Copycats" of another Topic ;-) My Reason for not having made any Videos for a While is, I built this: out of that:

Nietzsche, that bike begs the question "Why?", but as I've had similar projects myself over the years I am relatively certain the answer will be, "Because I can." As we would have said back in the custom bike days of my youth, "Trick ride, man!"

Is that an Aldis sight on that bike? Now, I haven't got a Girlfriend, but a cool new Bike Well, maybe you can attract another with that bike; one that fits better with you. Her taste and your taste, you know?

@ Olham: Nope. That Brand was called "Europa" and dissappeared from the Market long before the Internet was invented (by Al Gore). It is from 1974 and has "Made in WEST-Germany" stamped on it LOL As for my Girlfriend: Well, it was not the Style, as you can see here: She simply turned more and more conservative (wanted to move together, hanging around with her Parents, playing Family and so on...) @MudWasp: Behind the Bike is a KVA-GT40 from 1972 (the first, that continued GT40-Production, after Ford stopped). On the Left of it you can see a 1928 Ford Y (a Bit like the Angila), which we stuffed a Midget-V8 into. Behind the GT40 there's a 1965 Lincoln with Suicide-Doors in bone-stock-condition. On the Car-Lifts are a 1965 'stang Sportsroof with Wilwood, Global West and all that fancy Stuff, and a 1949 Buick Super8. We kept the Straight8-Engine (because these Mills are waaaaaaay cool), but the Rest is totally modified ('94 Astro-Van Rear, TH350-C (Adapter by Speed Gems), electrical Water Pump, Fans and so on). On the Outside you can see Prometeus. It's a 1965 Thunderbird with a high powered F385 (460BBF) with Super Cobra Jet2 Heads and roughly 11:1cr in it. Construction of the Headers was a real hassle, and, believe it or not: The Stock-Hood fits (no ugly Scoops). A real Sleeper :-)

You mean this amazone slowly changed so much? I guess you recognised her less and less. But that's a great photograph you made there!

@ Olham: Thanks :-) Initially we just wanted to make some cool Shots for the Bow I built for her, but it quickly got it's own Drive... we even thought about making a kind of Photo-Superhero-Comic, but such an intricate Enterprise simply excelled our Abilities, mainly because it is an almost impossible Task to "synchronize" the spare Time of a lot of People, all with different Jobs, different Lifes, different Hobbies and so on... @ Wasp: Just read the Wiki-Text on the Marmon16... I didn't know, that Cadillac effectively STOLE their V16-Design from Marmon... that is soooooo spineless I never had one of those in my Garage... if they weren't so obscenely expensive, I would buy one As for the Straight8: It practically sounds like a normal Straight6, so that's a bit boring, but it's cool, anyway... and it is not as slow as most People think. It has only got roundabout 120 Horses, but it's Torque hinders it from being a mobile Road Block ;-) Olham's Term "Amazon" reminds me of something: I always wanted to translate a Comic-Book I made into English, but it is a bit... adult LOL Before I'll do anything, I would first want to have some Admins look at it, to see, wether posting that would be Okay or not. My Problem is, that I need Native English (American) Tongues for a lot of Jokes, which I simply have no Idea, how to translate. Best Example for the German Folks, here: Have you tried to explain to an American, what an "YPS-Heft" is? I need something equvalent for the english Version... The second Problem: It is sooooooo Off-Topic Totally forgot to ask Who IS a Forum-Admin, here?
