Just a brief visit home today - the clinic personnel have a staff outing this afternoon.
(I do not dare to imagine how a staff outing of a psychiatry might be... winkngrin )

So many great skins and pilot pics here!
Rick, is that you?
I used to think I was good-looking (in my 20s...), but you definitely beat me! winkngrin

MFair, you look like a rock star indeed! band

Well, it was me, about 18 years ago! Except I borrowed the moustache, which really ties my face together...

Congrats on the trip home, remember not to try to rush things, just go at your own pace and keep moving forward!

Really Rick, just a mustache? It takes a mustache, a full beard, and glasses to tie my face together. Truth be told, it take several glasses.

Olham, enjoy the visit home today. Here's hoping you'll be home for keeps in the very near future.

HA......lame, I know, but it gets me up in the air....much good may it do me. 1st mission managed to clip 1 Strutter before we were bounced by Spads which shot us all to ribbons. Nobody dead but we lost 6 out of 6 planes....including this coward who landed next to some train tracks with 2 spads chewing holes in the wings...

I'm really looking forward to read Colerhedges' Backstory...
Is he a Product of the secret "Kaiserliches Genetik und Biolabor" - K.G.B. - with the Goal to enhance Pilot Performance?

Hmmmm, of what? Let's see. It's late summer and the fruit trees are full, the weather is hot but the geese are already starting to flock telling us that fall is not far off. Something that plays off the fruits of the season I should think, is light yet still rich, and with a hint of sweetness to it. I'm going with a Tomintoul 27.

Ah, that one is not in my cellar. From my ref material, that one reads well

Light & fragrant, floral, fruity
Nose: grassy perfumed, lemony with a sweetish taste and lingering cereal and nuts finish that is short lived.

Must look for that one at my next tasting!!

Cheers

It's one of the young distilleries, having only been around for the last fifty years. But it's association with Glenlivet gifts it with older credentials.

Carrick....now YOURs is a nice skin!!! More effort than my paltry pasting of a ludicrous fish on a wing took but after going back to skinning school for the 5th time....I grew tired of sitting in the corner w/ my dunce cap on.

I guess to tie my face together, I would need something like this:

gaw, perhaps you will win the challenge and collect on the offer of another custom skin painted by yours truly. And though no one has even acknowledged said offer made by yours truly, it none-the-less stands, and perhaps you will be the one to claim the prize - again.

biggrin

Crikey.....if pigs had wings! 4 missions in and scraped thru so far by the grace of God...and duck and cover. Still love your bad fish from a while back...and lost it...usual reasons. If you have it still....I'd trade a John Dory for your old skin any day if I ever make DIII. Do please send it along if it's still in your system. I loved that skin!!
Cheers.....bonne chance!!

I will accept that as a compliment. Thanks. If the truth be known, It was more by accident than on purpose. I was trying to do the complete body but, I couldn't get it to work. However, I found that by doing 50 % less it worked out just fine. This was in addition to re-viewing your Tutorial and thinking about Herr Olham's and Others Tips on skinning. I can see where Skinning is a labor of love and is fought with challenges. thumbsup
