After my first real foray into the world of elite MP last night with Bogus ...I have to admit its pretty spectacular ... it started with him doing some body guarding for myself whilst I did a bit of mining, then we went into full bounty hunting mode ... the difference a wingman made was huge ... calling out targets, then both running in guns and lasers blazing, there were a couple of "professional" moments, a minor collision when we were both on the tail of a target and a couple of near misses with asteroids ...

...Public service announcement...

if you are bounty hunting in a asteroid field ... make sure that its on the daylight side of the planet ... if you only spot the black colored asteroid against the black background of space when the flashes from your mulitcannons light it up... its probably too late

Dont think of it as being vastly outnumbered ... but just having a large target selection.

The only thing more accurate than incoming fire, is incoming friendly fire

@Tempus - Yeah it was good fun last night. Watching that asteroid pop out of thin air and you shield bashing it into submission whilst in a hard turn and big "OHHH NOOO!!" over the coms was a good moment neaner

Just think of the upside.

1. At least we didn't loose a ship.

2. You engraved your your name on the asteroid

3. We made some money thumbsup

Not sure about those screenshots, Don't know if they were taken, where they were stored or if I pressed the right keys..... (what is the key bind for screenshot in game - Yes I am having a professional moment)

@Ghost - Leesti I think isn't too far away from where we were and I think (its hard thinking at my age) that at the moment I am very close to there doing smuggling and bounty work.

EDIT - Yep have the screens, posting them up
DOUBLE EDIT - pictures are to big to post here, dunno how to resize them and only a couple of pictures are there so not sure what where why or who... ???? I just need another beer to be happy#

When flying with friends we'll intentionally bounty hunt in dark asteroid fields for some fun once in a while.

Scully: Victim died of multiple stab wounds.
Mulder: *throws her a file* Ever heard of the knife alien?
