So I managed to find an amazing deal on a
CH Products Fighterstick on Ebay - pre-owned but in great condition for $70.00 shipped. After purchasing it, I found afterwards that the USB cable unfortunately was rather frayed in one portion. The stick worked perfectly, but the frayed cord was something that I did not want to take a chance on. I reached
CH Products' support email asking whether electrical tape would work as a temporary solution or if I should get a replacement cord. I got the following response from Jon Soucy at APEM:
"Hi Marc,
Electrical tape may work as a temporary solution, but if you provide your postal mailing address we can send out a USB Cable free of charge.
Jon Soucy"
Needless to say, I thanked him immensely, gave him my address, and within 2 days I received a replacement cord. Hands down, that is the best customer service I have received from any gaming peripheral company, PERIOD!
