Very very cool, JimK! A few months ago I had a deer in my front yard near my kitchen window, but by the time I found the camera and ran outside, it was at the road. You have to zoom way in (by the tree), no comparison to the quality of your video... http://198.65.10.229/DID/Temp/DSCF3516.JPGThanks for that video.

Do they disappear when hunting season comes along?
Would see many deer at the cottage but when hunting season came along nary a one could be seen.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Housing on top of the hill and below. This hillside is an oasis for the local deer population. They are building the new High School on top and the construction is driving some of the deer from the fields that were once farmland down here to. They control the deer with a hunt in the State park on the south end of town. Bow hunting only.

Love to see the fawns, then watch them grow up. When we feed them, they don't even run off....till hunting season We fed this guy when he had spots, till he was a year old, he'd just stepped back a few yards while we poured out the corn in the feeder. Now he leaves when you go out, and comes back later. We only feed them in winter now, Jan-March, when they're starving. They got too tame, I think the neighbors killed a lot of them. They lose their natural fear of man. Sad, but it's just nature, I suppose. Gotta keep the balance. Beautiful animals. Now the bears...that's a different story. Not so 'cute' when they're big. And we take mile long walks in the back. Lots of bears around here......

Hmmm, no firearms.
A camouflaged pit and a pole axe would work, though.
The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."
