It's not a question of having the weapon, but of discharging it. What kind of control can you have over aim with a hobby drone like that?
Same can be said about small arms and scopes. Attach a digital imaging screen/scope that is stable and won't loose zero. Then zero it in like any other scope. Tie done down, shoot, adjust weapon until it is hitting where you want it.
This is a rather terrible set up because the top sight is so high, but push comes to shove it will work as long as it is zeroed:

Apply the same concept to an RC helicopter and gun. Every fighter aircraft has massive off center bore-axis to, yet sighting systems were developed.
