When I purchased WOFF I created a back up disc as advised.

Then my computer died and I have had to get a new one. When I tried to re-install WOFF from my back up disc I found the back up was somehow corrupted and I couldn't install. Also of course my original down load link has expired.

How can I download WOFF again without re-purchasing?

Thanks

As of now we will be charging a nominal fee for re-issueing download links that were purchased more than 6 months back and the user has now lost it.

If the above applies, you can ask for a download link to the dev team.

cCromwell,

Damn, that's awful. I clipped this from the WOFF website...

If contacting OBD Software for support, please note it is important to first read through the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) PDF document. Any Support Queries received that are already answered in there will likely be a low priority or may not receive a reply.

Before sending an email please also have your original order number available and include it in your email.

Support email address: support@overflandersfields.com

To speed up reply and resolution please state system hardware and software information for your PC, including the Operating System (which version of Windows, 32 bit or 64 bit, Graphics card model, CPU and CPU MHz speed, total RAM / memory in your system. Send this plus the EXACT problem/error message, at exactly which stage this is seen, and send all the steps exactly to reproduce your problem. For example just saying "it doesn't seem to work" won't help us to help you at all, remember we are not sitting at your PC.
