Camera angle is very misleading as well. 'Near vertical' as the video is titled is an enormous exaggeration.
^This^
In reality it's probably somewhere between 30° - 40° pitch angle and not for long.
Despite being nothing more than an armchair pilot, I was gonna suggest it probably never went past 45 degrees. The circular shape of the engine nacelles suggests it's actually shot from a very shallow angle.

Got some photos of an A380 making a knife edge pass, and an A400M completely on its back!
Combination of enormous power and relatively low weight has obvious consequences. According to wikipedia the 787's empty weight is barely more than half its max take off weight.
I remember the Italians used to do barrel rolls in a G.222 at Fairford as a party piece. That was quite something to watch. I was also there the year the pilot brought it in too hard on a tactical landing and collapsed the nosewheel
Aha - here we go: 2002

Well that's what happens when you try to land on your nosewheel first.
Fighterops...
The only TRUE Stealth crowd funded game.
Devs said there was stuff there, but you just couldn't see it.

Not always
In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!
Flew for the first time in a 787 (JAL) on my most recent trip to Japan. Unfortunately (or thankfully), the pilot didn't do any of this.
The wings flexing that much is a little weird at first, because when you glance out of the window you'll have to look up to see the wingtips.
Also, huge engines. And nice, modern interior (even though JAL has rather narrow seats, even in first class, compared to other airlines...at least that was my perception).
Other than that, just another airline ride. And on a 11-12 hour flight, the thrill and joy of flying is soon replaced by discomfort and boredom. Sigh...first world problems...

Why men throw their lives away attacking an armed Witcher... I'll never know. Something wrong with my face?
