This is easily my favourite Metallica opening for any of their songs and any song in general. The whole lead in just gets more awesome as it builds..and builds. Brilliant.

That's a great intro indeed. Another favorite of mine is the instrumental intro for "Fooling Yourself" by Styx.

I don't care what anybody says...I've always liked REO. It was as much part of my early partying days as was Foreigner, Styx, Journey, Kansas, and 38 Special.
This is easily my favourite Metallica opening for any of their songs and any song in general. The whole lead in just gets more awesome as it builds..and builds. Brilliant.
Love the backwards intro on Blackened too, great opening to the album. Also sounds great forwards
Metallica have some awesome openings to most of their songs actually.
