I really hate sword and sorcery games but Skyrim is played at least an hour everyday and I keep finding something new even after 100's of hours. Maybe I like it because of the graphics or the go anywhere do anything style of play. Maybe I like it for the same reason seasoned S and S gamers dislike it, the combat is easy and usually finishes off the guy for you with a cool gory cut scene.

It is a sword game, a bow game (even crossbow which is like a gun to me), an adventure game, a hunting game, a mystery game, a magic game, a quest game, a Sim's game (companions, married, kids, home) all wrapped up in some of the most beautiful graphics this humbled pc player has ever seen. Yeah, it's good.

This is the only game of it's type that I play and still keep on my hard drive... usually I only go for WWI and WWII aviation games, with some FPS shooters, but this game always keeps me enthralled... I sometimes just stop and take in all the beautiful scenery and effects and listen to the music... it's frankly gorgeous!

I was there last week but now spending time in Los Santos. I am sure after the new sunny location gets old I will be back in Tamriel again.

What mod is it that fixes the faces in Skyrim?

Is it only the girls? Most people in Skyrim look like they've been chasing parked cars!
