I was planning on upgrading my PC to a new one by the time it actually released but I am not going down that route now and will stay with what I have until it stops working. From what has been said by the devs I know my build now will not run it at release, or least how I want it to anyway.
And, I have lost interest in it and Elite is seeming like a nicer alternative that will work on my current PC.

Well, i'm kind on the same situatuion regarding my pc, and since because of having only partial work i'm unable to buy a new one now, and i will miss the dogfight module, but i still have hope that things will improve and will get the money to buy a new rig by 2015. Elite will make me "happy" meanwhile, but i plan on play both games. I wish you luck with the sell.

Imagines master in a circular room surrounded by multiple computers and one hell of a swivel chair. How many ships and accounts can master run at once I wonder........

Only one! but supposedly you can loan them to your organization for any organization players to use. Also with there being a delay on when your ship is blown up and when it is replaced if you only had one ship you might find yourself in a situation where you have to wait for your ship to be replaced before you can play again! Yea... bet you are now wishing you bought those two ships too huh!

Ahhh. I get it now.
<baldric> I have a cunning plan
1. Master loans fat ship to his non SimHQ corp 2. Master observes how many crew, supporting ships, escorts and loot is loaded on said fat ship 3. Master calls in the SimHQ whaling team armed with said info....... 4. aster gets insurance on ship.
Just random thoughts
